Couple Believes in Asbury's Renaissance
Dean and Julie Gross were looking for the perfect place to relocate once they sold their Howell Township single-family home. "I grew up in Deal, went to Asbury Park High School and worked on the Asbury Park boardwalk through high school and college," explained Julie. "As soon as I heard the city was going through a renaissance, I knew that was where we had to be!"

"We love going out to dinner on Cookman Avenue," said Dean, who is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. "There’s constant activity. They schedule events all year round for people of all ages. There is always something going on!"
"The boardwalk and city remain active in the winter," Julie exclaimed. "It’s great to be in a shore community that is popular and vibrant throughout the year." "It’s a fantastic lifestyle," Julie said, "I couldn’t be happier here at North Beach. There is no other place I want to be!"
